Pizza Today discovered Rey’s Pizza in 2000, and Steve Coomes, wrote, “Rey’s Pizza chain is a Miami Food fiefdom.

Additionally, he points out that, “where Rey’s Pizza is different is in its cheeses. With the first bite, it’s clear there’s more than mozzarella in the mix. Beneath the uniquely sharp flavor is a sturdier-than-normal mouth-feel.”
